Acceptance of Terms

By accessing modelnorth.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Relationship to Client Agreements

These Terms govern use of the public website only. Any engagement for ModelNorth's products or services (including GulfAgent, Aegis Guard, GulfIntel, or bespoke sovereign AI infrastructure deployments) is governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or government procurement contract. Where these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site infrastructure or any ModelNorth system, scrape or systematically extract content from the Site without written permission, or misrepresent your identity or organization when submitting procurement inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of ModelNorth Ventures unless otherwise noted, and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property law. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai mainland courts).
